Returns and Exchanges

All items in my shop were designed and handmade by me. My customers are my number one priority! 

I want you to enjoy my products as much as I enjoyed creating them. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours and I will be happy to make it right either by exchange or refund, as long as I receive the item back in its original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs on returning an item and the shipping costs are not refundable.  

Payment

Your order and payment information is secure and protected by SSL technology. I process through Square and PayPal, and both work with all major credit cards. Payment is due within 3 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled. 

Please note: Connecticut residents are subject to 6.35% sales tax. 

Accepted methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card

Shipping

With Heart By Hand currently ships only within the U.S.  Orders will be sent out within 5 business days from when payment is received. All orders are shipped USPS. (U.S. Postal Service) via first-class or priority mail.  If  you would like shipping confirmation, please let me know.  Any custom orders will ship within 2 weeks. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Insurance available upon request at an additional charge. Not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
